Barriers is a easy to use plugin, that allows you to create permission based regions.

Commands
/barriers - Main Command

Default Permissions
Barriers.* - Access to all barrier commands
Barriers.Panel - Access to panel.
Barriers.Create - Access to creating a region
Barriers.Delete - Access to deleting a region
Barriers.SetRegion - Access to setting a region.
Barriers.List - Access to view enabled/disabled regions.
Barriers.Enter.(Region Name) - Access to enter a specific region.
Barriers.Reload - Access to reloading the configuration.
