Bashful

1.0.1-SNAPSHOT

Execute system commands and programs from the console or game

·Plugin

Have you ever needed to execute a quick command on your system or check a value while in your console, so you had to open a new terminal or command window to do so? Now you can use Bashful!

Bashful allows you to execute a system command or program right from your Minecraft server running Spigot.

Simply assign yourself the permission bashful and make use of Bashful's useful executor command to run your command asynchronously of the Minecraft server and get output in game or in your console.

Command Information
There is only one command to use with Bashful. The base command is /bashful and is aliased as bash, sh, execute, or exe. You need the permission bashful to use any of these.

The general syntax for running a command is as such:
/bashful <command>

A general example is:
/bashful curl icanhazip.com

Generating the following output:

[22:19:30 INFO]: Executing "curl icanhazip.com"...
[22:19:30 INFO]: >> % Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current
[22:19:30 INFO]: >> Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed
[22:19:30 INFO]: >>
[22:19:30 INFO]: >> 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 --:--:-- --:--:-- --:--:-- 0100 12 100 12 0 0 12 0 0:00:01 --:--:-- 0:00:01 69<ip>
[22:19:30 INFO]: Execution finished successfully.

Squelch Output
If you don't care about the output a command gives, simply specify the option -q before specifying the command to execute and you will not get any output.

Example:

bashful -q rm -f logs/latest.log
[22:19:30 INFO]: Executing "rm -f logs/latest.log"...
[22:19:30 INFO]: Execution finished successfully.

Installation Information
