BasicExpressions -Turns Expressions Into Emoticons

Alright so I know that this plugin has not been updated in awhile but I constantly ask for suggestions and nobody has told me anything. Please leave suggestions for me for new updates. Thanks -Silent

Ok so kimoVoid and I decided to change the art of this plugin. ElDub & I have created some new commands such as, "/createexpression", "/deleteexpression" & "/serverexpressions" basically you can create your own server's expressions easily in game! Not even through the skript file or any configuration file. This does mean that the expressions commands can be used by any player, so it means it is not by per player support, it is global support such as the whole server emojis/expressions. Thank you SaMaGamers for the suggestion to add creating expressions. Reminder: This is a somewhat beta stage of this version, please notify me of any bugs or errors.

Fixed the reload command (was not loading the plugin.)

I fixed a problem where you would type the expression then type something else after it (it would have an extra space.)

I think I fixed the link now someone said it did not work.

Added messages when you hover over the text. Added 2 new emojis and for the /basicexpressions command it brings up the list but now you can click the text to execute the command.

Added the download as DropBox instead.
