Added a fix when clients crashed when trying to join while the server was full

- Solved an issue with players joining the queue with priority permission

- fixed an error with messages - Change cached information about the player to be as an UUID

- Added estimated wait time feature (its just the queue cooldown * the player's position for now) - Added new config option "estimated-time" - Simplified placeholders inside locale .yml's

- Made queue event priority highest for better compatibility with other plugins

- Solved critical issue with players not being removed when the wait time is exceeded

- now players leaving with permission queue.saveleavingslot wont get first, they will join on queue with priority permission no matter what

- Made config.yml look nicer and add comments - Added new option on config.yml: reserved-slots - Added new permission: queue.reservedslot

- Improved joining of players that can already join. You don't need to be first. i.e: if you are in position 3 and the server has 4 free slots, you can get into the server the next time you reconnect - Fixed startup bug
