added support for versions before the Combat update (1.9), so server using 1.7.10 - 1.8.9 are now supported on top of 1.9 - 1.12.2 (possibly more) Other fixes: - removed the stacktrace for register enchantment if the server is reloaded with message saying that the enchantment is already registered. + Server Version checker (gets the MC version and not the Rev. number/version), to be used against anything that use methods for older versions of minecraft that are not supported in the newest. NOTE: This version might still have some bugs but is fairly light weight (if you have any requests for any new features just ask in the comments or issue handler on github)
