BCRanks - Simple Rank System(RPG)

+ Added 1.16.1 From this version on, if AdvancedBCRanks is found it should disable itself. AdvancedBCRanks is a better more advanced(as the name suggests) versions of the free version, easier to configurate, more support both in discord dm and option wise. ABCR for short, has over 5k options by default, with some directly supported plugins and uncountable support options for plugins via placeholderapi, every plugin that utilizes placeholderapi support via placeholders will be able to be used for abcr. There is no limit to its options! except ofcourse your own imagination, some have reported to create cs-go style ranks, others have reported to simply create 1 time item giveaways for tasks. ABCR Similar to bcranksfree is runable on its own only requiring a permission plugin, an economy plugin and vault.

* Replaced api-version 1.14 with 1.13, this allows it to load properly on 1.13 servers. Lower versions are not supported - Removed configuration handler Thanks for those that reported it to me. Appreciated! While this doesnt support all items, it does allow more versions to run it(tested on 1.12 and 1.13)
