How to build a chunk loader
You will need a Beacon, 8 Gold Blocks and 1 Diamond Block.
Beacon-Loaders only require one layer of a Beacon-Pyramid. Create a 3x3 ring of gold blocks and fill the center with the diamond block. Then place the beacon on the diamond block. You should see a message in the chat.
This plugin was only tested with 1.14.4
