This plugin is a simple plugin, with very little customization, but could be useful for a server maybe for donator perms, or perms you could buy.
The effects should be permanent, and can be disabled with
/effect <Player> clear or by drinking milk. This plugin was a request for a friend, so I don't expect many downloads, as it isn't a highly developed plugin. Thank you for reading this far!
