in my opinion the minecraft sleeping mechanic is very basic and boring, I wanted something more natural and interesting server-wide, so I created this plugin.
It speeds up night based on the fraction of online players sleeping, if 10 out of the 10 online players are sleeping, night wil be sped up to be 30 seconds in length. If 15 out of 30 are sleeping, night will be sped up to (10 minutes - .5 minutes * 15/30 players =) 4.25 minutes. There is also a chance for the weather to clear if it is thundering/raining.
