Create a shop NPC

• run '/bwk arena create {game}' to create a Arena for a game
• use '/bwk arena npcadd {game} {NpcType} to add a NPC for a Arena
• The effect of adding NPCs takes effect immediately, and when the game start, NPCs will be spawn.

Add Team Spawner

• run '/bwk arena spawneradd {game} {team}' to create a teamRespawner for a team
• If any arena is created for the game, the iron and gold resource points of the game will be disabled
