Fix the issue where clicking on the custom group game item bar does not respond.

- Fixed the issue where players were given permission but still unable to use commands - Added game grouping function, allowing for the creation of custom game combinations

Fix randomly added logic

1. Fixed an issue where players randomly joining without playing any game would result in an error message 2. Added permissions, allowing players to manage their commands through permission management 3. Fixed that even after leaving the game, players will still be brought back to the lobby by the previous game's game task

Function changes: - Added the feature of console control for players to join - Fixed the issue where the update feature always reports the existence of new versions
