Better Broadcast
Better broadcast plugin allows you to send messages to players by "actionbar" ( Screenshot below ), it displays for all players and accepts color codes, so you can send broadcast like:
WARNING! RESTART IN 1 MINUTE
That was just example, and plugin will be updated and expanded, so you will be able to set time of how long broadcast will stay on actionbar and many more!
Usage ( Commands ):
- /bb < Text > - Sends < Text > to all player's actionbars.
