PaperMC: This version definitely works on 1.21.1 and 1.21.3, but note that you will need Paper for it to work properly. Don't forget to update your ProtocolLib. Work has been done to get rid of NMS as much as possible and significantly boost performance. Some small functions, such as displaying mobs in the portal, may not work, this will be fixed later.
