Fixes all issues. BlobStones is ready for production.

You can now customize inside config.yml if protection's teleport is enabled. If so, you can enable a warmup (the same way that Essentials /tpa works). If warmup is not enabled, it will instantly teleport. If teleport is disabled, only protections you own will be shown instead protections you are owner and member. And remember, don't buy low effort premium resources
