About:
This is a light weight plugin that allows you to block any block in the config file from being placed. There is one permission to allow people to place the block if they are given the permission.

Tutorial:
1. Download the plugin.
2. Put the plugin in your plugins folder.
3. Start your server.
4. Stop your server.
5. Edit the config by placing each block or block id on a separate line. The default config should look like this:

items:
- TNT

7. Add the permission "blockblock.allow" to people you want to be able to place those blocks.

Notes:
- You CAN use block ids.
- If you have a problem PM me don't put the problem in reviews.
