Block-Placer

Hello! I finnaly updated this plugin to 1.12.2. I'm sorry, I have much to do in school, so I don't have very much time. And also, I don't had much time now to test it, and test all versions, but in 1.12.2 it worked without any problems. I hope it works, if not, just post the error and I'll try to fix it. Note: I didn't tested it in 1.11, 1.11.2, 1.12,.. - only in 1.12.2! And also, I really appreciate it if somebody says "Thanks" or something like that. It is just wonderfull to see that somebody can likes things you have created. Thanks to all of you!
