✪ BlockCounter [Lightweight] [Configurable] No requirements!

Description
BlockCounter is a simple plugin that adds a little something to the game. It is made to be very lightweight but customization is still available. When a player mines block(s) a counter is showed above the hot bar indicating how many blocks they are breaking per second. You can customize the hot bar message in the configuration file how ever you would like!

Currently Supports 1.8, 1.11, 1.12, 1.14 & 1.15

Configuration

BlockCounterPlus  :  
  title   :  '&eYou are currently mining &a  {  BPS  }  &eblocks per second'

All available spigot color combinations can be used!
{BPS} can be put anywhere in the title! This represents how many blocks the player is breaking per second.

[ ] Implement custom permissions.
[ ] Implement a command to stop showing the title.
[ ] API to get how many blocks the player is mining per second.
