Commands
/blocklook - Toggle the action bar.
/blocklook reload - Reload the plugin.

Permissions
blocklook.reload - Be able to use /blocklook reload.

#Should block look default on for everyone? (boolean)
DefaultOn: false

#How often the plugin checks players target block. (long)
TargetBlockCheck: 5
#The distance the check will go. (int)
TargetDistance: 8

#The action bar message. (string)
Message: §a§l%block%
