command:
/bpc - show help command
/bpc add <blockid> - Add a block
/bpc remove <blockid> - Remove a block
/bpc message <message> - Set a message
/bpc prefix <message> - Set a prefix
/bpc reload - Reload configuration file
premissions:
bpc.use - access to /bpc command
bpc.bypass.<blockid> - bypass someblock
bpc.bypass.* - bypass all blockplacecooldown
