BlockRestrict

Pretty simple plugin. Blocks players from placing blocks that you specify.

Commands:

BR
blockrestrict.admin
Toggles whether the block in your hand is restricted. Only usable in game.

BR materialname
blockrestrict.admin
Toggles whether the block of material type specified is restricted. Works in console as well as in game.

BR LIST
blockrestrict.admin
List all the block type materials that are available.

BR RELOAD
blockrestrict.admin
Reloads the configuration

Permissions:

Aside from the command perms above, the plugin also checks when a block is placed for whether or not the user has blockrestrict.bypass or blockrestrict.bypass.(material name, lowercase). If they have it, they can place it even if blocked. For example, if the block was diamond ore and you wanted to bypass just that, you'd give them blockrestrict.bypass.diamond_ore. I'm not sure if perms are case sensitive or not, but I check materialObject.name().toLowerCase() so just put the material name in lowercase just in case.
