You can bind:

1. Message to player with - [message] Youy message to player
2. Execute command from player with - [player] me This is message from player
3. Execute command from console with - [console] tell %player_name% Your message from console to &aplayer
4. Chat from player with - Your message chat from player

You can reload plguin from configs!

Permissions:

1. bb.help - show help message, needed to /bb and /bb help
2. bb.bind - bind a block, needed to /bb bind
3. bb.reload - reload a plugin, needed to /bb reload

Commands:

1. /bb and /bb help - show help message
2. /bb bind - bind a block
   
3. /bb reload - reload a plugin
4. To commands you can use /bb and /blocksbind
