[WIP Description]
This plugin comes equipped with the ability to change any blockstate Minecraft has to offer with a simple command.
/blockstate
That command will start off the process of any LOOKED at block if it has a blockstate. It will then have a tab-completion list of options to choose from.
WARNING: Do not run the command with incorrect args, I am still trying to work out a bug where it just throws an error if it's an invalid blockstate.
