This small but simple plugin does not offer many settings.
The only thing this version allows is to block certain blocks you specify in config in specified worlds.
There are no permissions except that being op will act as permission negation.
Meaning if you are op the check will not block you from placing a block.
Upon request ill improve this plugin.
