This is an Library Plugin for people who want to know if a block was placed by an player.
It saves it's data in the world were the data was made in.
If you want to log the blockdata as well you can use v1.0 but it will only support 1.13.x - 1.14.x because of an NBT update
v2.0 supports much more versions, just try it out!
