A very simple plugin to display an on-screen warning (via titles) to any player who is near an actively shrinking vanilla world border.
Displayed warning: "World border is 10 blocks away!"
The warning will be displayed when the player is within 64 blocks of the border, and it is currently shrinking.
I created this for use with UHC, but I'm sure it can be used for other game modes.
Just drop it in your bukkit plugins folder and start your server :)
