Bowboosting Plugin

This is a small plugin I made for a friend, I have no use for it, so I figured I'd release it for free.

Features:
- Disable bowboosting
- Put a cooldown on bowboosting

Config:

bowboosting: 
  # If this is set to false the cooldown won't work.

  cooldown:
