This plugin was inspired by this youtube video: 
My plugin is different from the one presented in the video:
a mob always spawns each time a player breaks a block, my plugin is for 1.15 (bees!), there are charged creepers and it can be disabled/enabled by typing /mobspawn in the chat (no need for permissions like op and stuff).
