Broadcast "Now with a automatic broadcast system!"

The functions of the plugin are:

• A custom broadcast message that you can customize it in the config.yml. The permission is broadcast.use The commands are broadcast, bc and information.
• The automatic broadcasting system on your server.
  You can customize the messages and the delay in the config.yml.
• And a command for infomation about the plugin. The command is broadcastinfo.
• With the broadcastreload command reload you the config.yml.
