A plugin with a few features, made for development servers

Tested MC versions: 1.9, 1.10, 1.11, 1.12, 1.13, 1.14, 1.15, 1.16, 1.17, 1.18, 1.19, 1.20, 1.21, 26.1, 26.2

Plugin made for random Minecraft-related Venox stuff. Mainly used for our recording servers.

Disables /ban-ip (so ops can't get player IPs) with allowed players list
Adds /chattitle [player] which displays your chat as a title (toggled)
Adds /reset [world] which will regenerate a world (if none is defined it will regenerate world, world_nether, and world_the_end) Multiverse-Core required
