BuffPermissions

What does this plugin do?
I created BuffPermissions with the intention to give more to the players, but still restrict it in a way. For example, most essential plugins provide a speed command, but if you have access to it, you can use it all the way up to speed 10. Buffpermissions provides the posibility to only give a player, for example, access to speed 8. Nothing more, nothing less.

- /speed <number from 1 to 10>
- /haste <number from 1 to 2>
- /waterbreathing <number from 1 to 2>
