Minor Bug Fixes (Console flooded with stacktraces)

-Disabled Reload command -Ability to right click reports to delete them. -When a player creates a report it will be broadcasted to the staff with the permission bugreport.bypass -Fixed the cooldown -Released BugManagerPlus+, this is a donator version with the ability to change the prefix of the plugin for $2, however, both BugManager and BugManagerPlus+ will both contain the same features/updates. Running v2.0.0? Then you don't need to download this as the new update will be automatically downloaded to your server?

-Redesigned the help menu -Fixed bugs with anvils popping out -When clicking on a report it will automatically open it, no more books!!

Redesigned the plugin with a new updater for github. Aswell as fixed some internal errors. Thanks for your support of BugManager.

Added: -When a user creates a report it will document the time they did the command

Fixed: -Reports loaded after one that was deleted will not download a book into the player's inventory

Sorry for multiple updates today, but made it possible for more than one player to access the view UI

Critical bugs addressed including the config not loading.

Added: -Page #4 in the view UI -New looping system for reports Fixed: -When an admin deletes a report and reloads the server it will glitch out the UI, this was due to the old looping system -Deleting a report now works on all pages (haven't tested on page 4 yet, but it should work) -New message when an admin deletes a report greater than what is created (before it would return internal error and break the plugin) -Didn't send a message to an admin when receiving a report on page 1

Added: -A cooldown to prevent players from spamming reports -A new permission to bypass the cooldown -New ingame config layout, (instead of set values, you can now make your own value by adding and subtracting easily by clicking on an item!) -New message for players trying to bypass the cooldown -Language.yml file, this will keep all strings for messages, instead of the config Fixed: -Moved around a lot of the code
