Build Check [Inactive]

How it works
The plugin allows players to submit their builds for review and have your server staff approve or deny the players build. Works best for creative servers with earn able build ranks however could be transferable to other servers. All a player needs to submit a request is the permission for their rank (for example buildcheck.request.builder). If a player has no permissions in this format, they will not be able to submit a request. The permission node must be lower case.

There is no configuring to do with this plugin however it will require a permission manager like PermissionsEx or GroupManager to function. Those 2 are just examples, ANY permission manager should be fine.

Commands
/buildcheck help - Displays Build Check commands.
/buildcheck request (Your Rank) - Request a review for your build.
/buildcheck requests - List all pending requests.
/buildcheck (approve/deny) (player) - Approve or deny a players build.
/buildcheck reload - Reload the Build Check config.

/buildcheck can be replaced by /check or /cb

Permissions
buildcheck.request.(rank) - Allows a player to submit a request for their rank
buildcheck.review - Allows a player to list, approve and deny requests
buildcheck.reload - Allows a player to reload the config (Not necessary for 0.1)
