Builder Tools GUI for WORLD EDIT [1.13.2]

A very simple free plugin to help beginners to use World Edit.

Usage :
You just have to make the command /bdc and an GUI appears. For this very first version you have 2 parts : first part let your choose a selection mode between the classic cube, the cylinder, polygon, sphere and smooth.
Second part is your pre configure brush.

You can configure each one With a click on "Config brushs", change the selection mode just with a click, choose a width an a height of your brush (left-click add 1 and right-click remove 1), choose the material (just place or replace de block on its place in the inventory, it will save automatically) and add a mask (you can also choose de block).

Configs are saved on a YML file in the buildertools folder of the plugin folder. You can reboot server without loose you configuration or copy/paste file on another server.

Installation :
Drag and Drop the plugin in your plugin folder.
Depend : World Edit

Commands :
/builder_config (alias /bdc)

Permissions :
buildertools.use

Note :
This is the very first version of this plugin and may have some bugs. For this time there is only basics World Edit commands but if you are interested on my project, i would be happy to continue to add more functionality.
