BuildPermission
BuildPermission is the plugin for admins. Disable and enable the permission to build whit one command /build. For example: When admins and others who has right to build wants to fight and do not want to break a block, they will turn off the build 'permission' with command, and so they can not break blocks and plants while fighting.
