Bungeecord Player Messaging

Enables your players to have the ability to chat with each other across your bungeecord network.

Commands:

• /bmessage <Player> <Message> - Send a message to a player
• /breply <Message> - Replies to a received message

Permissions:

• bpm.use - Permission to message and reply to players
