BungeeDiscord

There is a discord server you can use to test out the plugin.

This plugin must be installed on BungeeCord.

Discord Setup

1. Create an account on Discord if you do not have one already.
2. Visit the Discord Developer Portal, and press the 'Create an application' button.
3. Type a name for your bot.
4. Go to the 'Bot' tab and click 'Add Bot'.
5. Under 'Token', click 'Copy'.

Plugin Installation

1. Download the plugin and start your BungeeCord server.
2. Open the plugins/BungeeDiscord/config.yml and replace 'bot-token-here' with your bot token from the Developer Portal.
   
3. Restart your BungeeCord server.
4. If the bot connects you will see an invite link in the BungeeCord console, and you copy that into a browser to add your bot to a server.

Discord Commands

• !serverinfo - Show server information.
• !players - Show players currently on the network and their servers.

• !bd botinfo - Show bot information.
• !bd steal - Replace the bot avatar with the bot owner's avatar.
• !bd invite - Show the bot's invite link.
• !bd debug - Show debug information.

Enabling Join/Leave Messages
From BungeeDiscord v1.1, you can enable join and leave messages in Discord. They look like this:

To enable it, please follow these steps:

1. On Discord, open your User Settings -> Appearance -> Enable Developer Mode.
2. Create a text channel, making sure the bot can send and receive messages in it, then right-click it and choose 'Copy ID'.
3. In the config.yml file, replace '123456789' with your channel ID, making sure there are still quotes around it.
4. Restart your BungeeCord server.

You should now see a message in the console telling you that it has connected successfully.
