BungeeDisplay | MOTD, Maintenance

This plugin manage things like the MOTD and maintenance work.

- change MOTD without reload
- activate maintenance mode per command
- maintenance join whitelist
- every message editable without reload

/maintenance - activate or deactivate maintenance mode
/maintenance add [player] - add a player to the whitelist
/maintenance remove [player] - remove a player from the whitelist

- bungeedisplay.maintenance.command - permission for the command
- bungeedisplay.maintenance.join - permission for join while maintenance work
- bungeedisplay.fulljoin - permission to join while the server is full
- bungeedisplay.update - permission for get updater messages
