This plugin allows you to restart BungeeCord with one command like spigot. Just type /grestart and its done. For this command, you will only need the permission BungeeRestart.grestart.
You just need a start script named start.sh for linux and run.bat for windows.
Don't put it in the plugin file, but in the server file !
