• On discord, make sure developer mode is enabled (User Settings -> Appearance -> Enable Developer Mode)
• Go to https://discord.com/developers/applications/me
• Log In
• Click New Application
• Name it whatever you want
• Click "Bot" on the left side
• Click "Add Bot"
• In the "Username" field, type in what you want your bot named
• Click "Copy Token" and save the token copied
• Click OAuth2 on the left side
• At the bottom, find "bot" and check it
• Scroll down and check "Send Messages" or "Administrator" under "Bot Permissions"
• Click the "Copy" button and paste it in your browser
• Select the server you want the bot in and click continue
• Your bot is now set up!
• note: make sure you have the token saved.

• On discord, make sure developer mode is enabled (User Settings -> Appearance -> Enable Developer Mode)
• Go to the channel you want to have the bot send messages to
• Right click the channel and click "Copy ID"

• Save the copied ID as you will need it later.
