To allow permissions please set permission node 'bungeecord.avpn.command' inside bungeecord's config.yml. You must set yourself as an administrator in bungeecord's config.yml to access command.
- Warning: Permissions plugins like group manager will not override the permissions node. You must follow the directions above.
