ChargeCreeper is a great plugin for factions servers. It allows you to give players an item that can charge a creeper! It can be helpful in raiding bases.

- Configurable Item Name
- Special creeper name tag
- Fake lightning effect
- Controllable Item Durability
- Configurable Knockback
Permissions:
- ChargeCreeper.give - Used for the give command
- ChargeCreeper.reload - Used to reload the plugin
- ChargeCreeper.Charge - Permission to use the item, turned off in config by default.
