Every color is now implementing into a GUI feature
Features:
Change your chat color to a variety of different options.
One command to change your color.
How to use:
1. Add Skript to your plugins folder
2. Add SkQuery to your plugins folder
3.Go to your skript folder
4. Click on scripts folder
5. Drag the .sk file into the scripts folder
6. Reload your server or do /skripts reload <file name>

Use
The color at the end of chatcolor.<color> will allow the player to use that color.
chatcolor.color gives the player permission to use any of the plugins commands.
