What does this plugin do?
HelpOP is a simple Chat-Help plugin. You can ask questions by using a command and will get a answer by a staff.
/helpop <message> || Tell your question or your problem.
/reply <name> <answer> || Answer the question.
Everyone can ask questions.
helpop.notify || Everyone who has the permission, can see the questions, which the user asked.
helpop.reply || Everyone who has the permission, can answer the questions, which the user asked.
