Chat+Prefix

Chat:
Prefix in chat and on tablist!
All commands:
/chat [on/off] | enabled/disabled the global chat!
Permissions: [server.chat]

How to activate: download PermissionEx:
https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/permissionsex/files

dev = developer
staff = moderator
sup = supporter
yt = youtuber
ent = Entertainer
pre = Premium

now copy this:

/pex group <group> create

You create 6 groups:
Dev, staff, sup, yt, ent, pre

After this:

/pex group <group> add <permission>

you add the Permission to this group
Permissions are in the brackets
Dev = [server.dev]
staff = [server.sta]
sup = [server.sup]
yt = [server.yt]
ent = [server.ent]
pre = [server.pre]

last step:
You add the user you want in the Groups
/pex user <user> group set <group>
