ChatChannels
An elegant way to organize your server's chat

Premise
When a server has massive amounts of players on a server, the chat gets a bit, hectic. For most servers, nothing is there to organize chat, making it difficult for players to engage with each other in meaningful, and on-topic conversations

With ChatChannels, servers can configure specific chats that players may talk in relating to particular topics (such as trading, raiding, building, pvping, auctions, staff chats, etc...

How
Players join the server and by default enter an assortment of default channels configured by the server administrators. Additionally, the player also joins a default "focus" channel, where their chat messages get sorted too.

• If a player would like to stop viewing a certain channel they simply run /chat hide (channel)

• If a player would like to view a channel they have hidden, all they run is /chat show (channel)

• If a player would like to begin talking in a certain channel, then all they have to do is "focus" on that channel by running /chat focus (channel)

All chat related commands are parented under the chatchannels.cmd.chat permission node

Aside from general chatting, the plugin also comes equipped with a simple set of moderation tools. To view the tools, you will need the chatchannels.cmd.chatAdmin permission. Merely run /chatAdmin to see what is available to you!

As for customization, nearly the ENTIRE plugin is customizable; from all details regarding a certain channel, to whether chat logs should be on or off, you have total control.
