ChatChannels

Introduction:
This plugin adds 4 different chat channels to your server to reduce spam!

The types of channels include:
global - everyone on the server can see the message.
local - only players within 100 blocks of the player can see the message.
world - only players in the same world can see the players message.
staff - only staff with the correct permission can see the message.

It also includes social spy for staff which when enabled will show messages they can't see to help them moderate chat.

Commands:
/chatchannel <global|local|world|staff> - set your chat channel
/chatchannel socialspy - toggle socialspy
/chatchannel mutechat - mute all players from speaking

Note:
You can use "/cc" in place of /chatchannel, you can also use "g" in place of global, "l" for local, "w" for world, "s" for staff, and "ss" for socialspy!

Permissions:
chatcontrol.command.socialspy - permission to toggle and use social spy
chatcontrol.command.staffchat - permission to use and see staffchat
chatcontrol.command.mutechat - permission to use mutechat command
chatcontrol.admin.bypassmute - lets players talk even if chat is muted

Config:
You can also edit the config to set the default channel players are put into when they join the server.

Option can be set to "global", "local", or "world".

You can also edit the config to toggle if you want ChatChannels to check for version updates.
