Wenn der Chat aus ist kann niemand mehr schreiben außer Personen mit der Permission "*" oder der Permission die ihr in der config.yml hinzugefügt habt. Wenn ihr eine altere Version vom Plugin habt wo eine config dabei ist bitte löscht diese.
