,Use the command /scc to open the gui and set a colour! To set the colour for others, simply do /scc <name> <colour>.

Note: This plugin only functions on Java 8. You will not be given support if you're running this plugin in Java 7.
The permissions for this plugin are:

scc.colour.* (For access to all colours and formatters)
scc.override (If someone else tries to set your chat color, and you have this permission, it will cancel it.)
