ChatCommands

This is a skript I decided to make based off of a skype chat bot where it had commands like:

Commands:
!prefix
!nick
!player
!suffix
!message
!ping
!ip
!cc
!loc
!fly_on/fly_off

Description:
!prefix shows the player's prefix
!nick shows your nickname
!player shows your player's name
!suffix shows your suffix
!message shows the current message you sent
!ip shows your ip
!cc will clear the chat
!ci clears your inventory
!loc shows your location
!fly_on/fly_off turns your fly mode on and off
