ChatLock [1.8-1.14]

ChatLock Plugin:
A lightweight and simple chat management plugin which gives a server moderator the capability to lock and unlock the chat for all players. This plugin also has a bypass feature to allow staff to communicate even when the chat is locked.

Installation:
- Copy the ChatLock.jar file to your plugins folder
- Restart your server

Commands:

Use /cl or /chatlock 

Available Commands: 
/cl - general plugin command 
/cl help - lists available commands 
/cl on - Locks the chat 
/cl off - Unlocks the chat

Permissions:

chatlock: Main plugin command and gives access to /cl help 
chatlock.use: Gives access to /cl on 
chatlock.use: Gives access to /cl off 
chatlock.bypass: Allows a player to bypass the lock on the chat
